Pakistan Afraid of RAW: Pakistan is afraid of India’s intelligence agency RAW. Citing a report by the American newspaper Washington Post, it has accused India of running an alleged campaign against terrorists outside the country.
Mumtaz Zehra Baloch, spokesperson of Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry in Islamabad, reacted to this. She said, “India’s campaign of killings and kidnappings (of terrorists) has spread outside Pakistan as well.” She said that Pakistan is not the only one affected by this network but it has raised concerns globally.
What did the American newspaper Washington Post claim?
The American newspaper Washington Post had made several allegations against India. In its recent report, the newspaper accused India’s intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) of continuously carrying out murders inside Pakistan. The newspaper had said that India has been doing this since the year 2021. Apart from the Washington Post, British media outlet The Guardian had also made a similar claim. The newspaper had claimed that India had planned to kill 20 terrorists who live abroad. Many terrorists were also killed. The newspaper had alleged that Indian PM Modi was aware of this plan. Now Pakistan has responded on the basis of these claims.
Mumtaz Zehra Baloch was furious when America raised questions against Pakistan
The same Pakistan which is accusing India this time by citing the American report had rejected the American report in which America had raised questions about rigging in Pakistan’s general elections. At that time Mumtaz Zehra Baloch was furious at America. She had said that Pakistan believes in constructive dialogue and participation. This proposal of America is neither constructive nor purposeful.
