The PM said that the hostages should be released. He said that the aid which we are making every effort to reach by land, air and sea to help the people in the war-affected areas, should reach them. This is Gaza’s deadliest war so far, with the most bloodshed. The war began on October 7 after an attack by Hamas militants from Gaza on Israel, due to which Israeli figures show that 1,170 people were killed in southern Israel. People were killed.

Hamas took people hostage
Besides, Hamas terrorists also took about 250 Israelis and foreigners hostage. In which the Israeli Army says that more than 30 people have died. Sunak said that today marks six months since the terrorist attack of 7 October. This is the most terrible attack in the history of Israel. Sunak also said that the Jewish people suffered the biggest loss in this war since the Second World War.

there should be a ceasefire
The PM said that six months after the war, Israeli wounds have still not healed, families are still mourning and people are still being held hostage by Hamas. PM Sunak said that the children of Gaza need immediate humanitarian assistance. He said that there should be a ceasefire which is for the welfare of both Israelis and Palestinians.

Three British also killed in the attack
The British government on Friday spoke about the killing of seven aid workers in the Gaza Strip, saying that three of the seven World Central Kitchen workers killed in an Israeli airstrike on Monday evening were British. These deaths have also increased the pressure on the British government to suspend Israel’s arms export license. Meanwhile, the British government said a Royal Navy ship would be deployed to help deliver more aid to Gaza.
