Jerusalem: The Israeli army is continuously attacking Hezbollah’s bases in Lebanon. On the anniversary of the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7, Israel has killed a senior Hezbollah commander in a fierce attack in Beirut. The Israeli army said that Suhail Hussaini has been killed in the attack, who was responsible for overseeing the equipment, budget and management of the terrorist group. There has been no comment from Hezbollah yet.
Husseini was a member of the military council
The Israeli army said that Hussaini was involved in supplying modern weapons from Iran and then delivering them to various units of Hezbollah. Hussaini was a member of the group’s military council. Israel has killed several top commanders, including Hezbollah’s top leader Hassan Nasrallah, in attacks in recent weeks.
Israel begins ground attack
Israel also launched a limited ground attack in southern Lebanon last week, which is continuing. Meanwhile, Hezbollah said that it has made new appointments in place of its dead commanders. It has vowed to continue rocket, missile and drone attacks on Israel until a ceasefire is established in the Gaza Strip.
Israel has issued a warning
It should also be mentioned here that Israel has caused heavy damage to Hezbollah in the attacks carried out so far. The Israeli army has also said that it will soon launch an operation on the southern coast of Lebanon. The Israeli army has warned residents and fishermen in a 60-kilometer area of the Mediterranean Sea to stay away from the beach. It was not made clear in the army statement what kind of operation would be launched.
