Jabalpur: The High Court has given instructions to re-conduct the High School Teacher Recruitment Examination 2018 in Madhya Pradesh. The Jabalpur Bench of the High Court has given this important decision. The court has directed the government to re-recruit by amending the rules. The court said that if there are no posts, then additional posts should be created and the petitioners should be recruited.

Actually, no relaxation was given to SC, ST, OBC and handicapped in the high school teacher recruitment process. Whereas such a provision was in the rules. A petition was filed in the High Court regarding this.
Violation of rules
Apart from this, it was also alleged in the petition that SC, ST and OBC candidates were not given relaxation in educational qualification, which comes under the category of violation of the Constitution and related rules. It was also said in the petition that the rules of NCT have been violated. According to which there is a provision of 45% marks for candidates who passed before 2011 while SC, ST and OBC candidates should be given a relaxation of 5%.
