Jharkhand Assembly Election 2024: After the announcement of assembly elections in Jharkhand, political activities have intensified. Meanwhile, the reaction of the Chief Minister of the state Hemant Soren has come to the fore. He said, “On all 81 assembly seats, the people of Jharkhand will work to put the lies, arrogance and conspiracy of BJP in the box.”
At the same time, when he was asked that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is coming, is there a program to meet him? On this, he said, “Many leaders of the Mahagathbandhan will arrive now, we will take our work forward as per the strategy according to the time.” At the same time, in response to a question, CM Soren said, “We are nobody here, the biggest leader is the public, the public takes forward the one they want. We are just a medium. The contribution that Kumar Ajay and Kedar Hazra have made with us today. That contribution means that we have various exploited people in this state. They have to be strengthened and somewhere these people have experience and connection with the people, so that we can work for the deprived people of the state.”
CM Soren also met Tejashwi Yadav
While the NDA alliance has officially announced seat sharing in Jharkhand, the ruling India Alliance in the state is still brainstorming on seat sharing. Meanwhile, on Friday, CM Hemant Soren also met former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav. During this, seat sharing with the India Alliance, RJD’s claim and election strategy were discussed.
Earlier, RJD, which was part of the Hemant Soren government, contested the 2019 assembly elections. Under the grand alliance, they contested on seven seats. RJD is expected to get fewer seats in the 2024 elections. If sources are to be believed, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha is not ready to give more than five seats to RJD this time.
