Former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren has got a big relief. Hemant Soren will appear in the floor test of Champhai government to be held on 5th February. Ranchi’s PMLA court has allowed former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren to participate in the floor test. Let us inform that on January 31, he was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case related to the alleged land scam. Meanwhile, the special PMLA court did not allow Hemant Soren to stay in jail at night due to security reasons.

Floor test to be held on 5th February

Champai took over as Chief Minister after the arrest of Hemant Soren. Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan said that ED expressed strong objection to the petition.
