Abdullah, a Class 5 student here, was beaten up by school teacher Vikrant Thomas. The student’s father Faizal has met the school manager and complained about the teacher in this matter. He says that if the school manager does not take action against the accused teacher, he will be forced to protest with the parents’ association.
Student beaten for not answering question
Cantt police station reached the information and started investigating the matter. According to the information, student Abdullah was asked something by teacher Vikrant Thomas in the school class. When he did not answer, the teacher beat him severely. His ears got hurt due to the beating. The student reached home after school and told the entire incident to his family. Student Abdullah complained of pain in his ears.

Family members allege that the student suffered injuries to his jaw and ears due to the teacher’s beating. He has been admitted to a private hospital for treatment.
