ED had not made Tej Pratap Yadav an accused in the charge sheet but the court said that Tej Pratap’s role in this case cannot be denied, so summons have been issued against him and he has been asked to appear on October 7.

ED has filed a supplementary chargesheet against Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav on charges of money laundering in the Land for Job case. The court said that there is sufficient prima facie evidence to prosecute the case. A large amount of land was transferred. The Yadav family misused their position. The court said that the land was transferred in the name of the Yadav family. Lalu Prasad Yadav was involved in money laundering. The court said that there is sufficient evidence against Tejashwi Yadav in the case as well.

The court said that Kiran Devi transferred land in the name of Misa Bharti, in return for which Kiran Devi’s son was given a job. Kiran Devi’s husband was also involved in this. The court said that a large amount of land was transferred to Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav of Bihar by AK Infosystem in 2014. The court said that Tej Pratap Yadav is also a member of the Lalu Yadav family and his role in money laundering cannot be denied.

Actually, this land for job case is from 2004 to 2009, when Lalu Prasad Yadav was the country’s railway minister. Lalu Yadav is accused of misusing his position as railway minister and giving jobs to many people in exchange for land on Group D posts in the railways. Last month, the court filed a supplementary charge sheet in this case. 11 people were made accused. Three of them have died. Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Rabri Devi and Misa Bharti have appeared in court several times in this case.
