NDA’s clean sweep in Andhra Pradesh
This time Lok Sabha and assembly elections were organized simultaneously in Andhra Pradesh. In the election results, NDA has won a huge victory in both Lok Sabha and assembly. Out of 175 assembly seats in the state, Naidu’s TDP has won 135, Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena has won 21 and BJP has won 8 seats. Also, TDP has won 16, BJP has won 3 and Janasena has won 2 Lok Sabha seats. Jagan Reddy’s YRS Congress has won 11 assembly and 4 Lok Sabha seats.
