Lok Sabha elections 2024 are now in their last phase. Voting will be held on June 1 for the last i.e. seventh phase of the Lok Sabha elections. In the seventh phase, voting will be held on a total of 8 seats in Bihar. Out of all these seats, Karakat Lok Sabha seat has become the most discussed topic. Pawan Singh, the actor-singer and power star of Bhojpuri films, is contesting as an independent candidate on this seat. At the same time, now another Bhojpuri star Khesari Lal Yadav has also come out in support of Pawan Singh.

Karakat election becomes interesting

Upendra Kushwaha is in the fray from the NDA alliance on the Karakat Lok Sabha seat. At the same time, Rajaram Kushwaha has entered the fray from the Indy Alliance. However, after Pawan Singh entered the fray, the contest on this seat has become triangular. There are also a good number of Yadav voters on the Karakat seat. In such a situation, Khesari Lal Yadav’s coming together can prove to be beneficial for Pawan Singh.

Pawan Singh campaigning vigorously

Pawan Singh was earlier given a Lok Sabha ticket by the BJP from Asansol in West Bengal but Pawan refused to contest from here. After this, Pawan Singh announced to contest from Karakat Lok Sabha constituency as an independent candidate. Voting is to be held on June 1 for the Karakat seat. Pawan Singh is working very hard in this election and is campaigning vigorously. Many artists of the Bhojpuri industry have come out in support of Pawan Singh.

BJP expelled Pawan Singh

Last week, the BJP expelled Pawan Singh from the party. BJP issued a letter saying – “In the Lok Sabha elections, you are contesting against the authorized candidate of the NDA. This act of yours is anti-party. Due to which the image of the party has been tarnished and you have done this against the party discipline. Therefore, you are expelled from the party as per the order of the Honorable State President for this anti-party act.”
