Madhya Pradesh: A 10th-grade student in Pithampur, Dhar district, gave birth to a child in the school bathroom during board exams. Police have filed an FIR and begun an investigation.

A school in Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh, witnessed a commotion during board exams when a 10th-grade student gave birth in the bathroom. Upon learning of this, panic gripped the school. The student and her newborn were immediately rushed to the hospital by ambulance. Both are reported to be in good health. The local police have registered a zero FIR and are transferring the case.

A shocking incident occurred during the board exams in Pithampur, Dhar district. On Tuesday, the student arrived at the examination center set up in a private school in the Sector-1 police station area to take the mathematics paper. She continued to study for about an hour and a half. During the exam, she complained of stomach pain and went to the bathroom. Shortly after, a baby’s cry was heard from the restroom. A female employee was sent inside and discovered that the student had given birth.

The family was unaware of the incident.

The 108 ambulance was immediately called, and the student and newborn were taken to the community health center, where both are reported to be healthy. The baby weighs two kilograms. Giving information, Sector-1 police station area female SI Chandni Singar said that a zero FIR has been registered in the case and it is being transferred to Betma police. The family was unaware of the student’s pregnancy. However, the student is engaged.

Student made a big revelation
She expressed the possibility that the newborn child is her son-in-law’s. Meanwhile, during interrogation, the student revealed that the accused in the case is not her fiancé, but a young man from Betma, whom she befriended while playing Garba. They spoke during that time, and they remained in constant contact. She first met the young man in 2024. Now, the accused young man will be taken into custody and interrogated. This incident has shocked everyone and is being discussed everywhere.
