People from six polling stations were sitting inside the bus, while all the equipment of the polling booth was also kept. It is being told that there is news of minor damage in election material. People from the same parties saved their lives by jumping.

According to the information, this accident took place near Gaula village in Multai development block of Betul district. The election team was returning from here at around 11.30 pm. During this time suddenly the driver saw smoke rising from the gear box of the bus. When the bus driver stopped the bus, he saw that the gear box of the bus was on fire. The driver jumped from the bus.

EVM was kept inside the bus
The entire material of a total of 6 polling stations was kept inside the bus, which also included EVM machines. Due to the fire in the incident, there has been minor damage to the goods of four polling stations, while the goods of two polling stations are completely safe. Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi has confirmed the incident. On getting information about the incident, fire tenders were sent to the spot. Top officials of the district also reached the spot.
