Madhya Pradesh: At the Regional Industry Conclave event in Narmadapuram, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav addressed the inaugural session of the 6th Regional Industry Conclave in Narmadapuram organized on the theme “New Horizons-New Possibilities”

Regional Industry Conclave was held in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. In this event, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav put forward many important points. Chief Minister Yadav addressed the opening session of the 6th Regional Industry Conclave in Narmadapuram organized on the theme “New Horizons-New Possibilities”. Investment proposals worth Rs 31,800 crore were received in this event. MPIDC’s fully equipped office will start in Narmadapuram.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that our government is committed to doubling the budget of the state government in the next 5 years. Along with encouraging entrepreneurs, every effort will be made to expand activities in all sectors including IT, tourism, mining, energy on the strength of our arrangements. Farmers are being encouraged to install solar pumps with the aim of making them self-reliant for electricity.

What did the CM say about trade and development?

The CM said, 52 private universities are operating in the state. In this way, with the coordinated efforts of all the sectors, our aim is that Madhya Pradesh becomes the best state in the country and investors and industry groups from the country and the world come to our state and expand their activities. This will give more impetus to the development of the state.

Chief Minister Yadav said that a fully equipped office of Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) will be started in Narmadapuram to promote industry, trade and investment activities in Narmadapuram. Regional Industry Conclave is an effort to change the work culture in the state.

He also said, this conclave is an expression of the commitment of the state government for the industrial development of the state. We are moving with the goal of balanced and general development of the state. For this purpose, industrial conclaves have been started at the divisional level in the state. The CM said, the participation of the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and other key officials of the state government in these regional conferences of industrial development is a sign of our commitment, transparency and the spirit of doing what is said within the stipulated time frame. Through the regional conclave, the people of the state are being included in the process of industrial development. Industry groups and investors are invited to participate in the development journey of India and Madhya Pradesh.

Investment proposals worth thousands of rupees received

Chief Minister Yadav said that investment proposals worth Rs 31,800 crore have been received from all sectors in the Industrial Conclave of Narmadapuram. Chief Minister Yadav transferred financial assistance of Rs 367 crore as incentive to more than 1200 units under the MSME Incentive Scheme with a single click.

The CM virtually performed Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of 82 units of the state from the venue. These units with a total investment of Rs 2585 crore will provide employment to about 5800 people. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav issued letters of intent/allotment orders for 163 acres of land to 98 units in the state. These units with a total investment of Rs 911 crore will provide 4 thousand employment opportunities. Chief Minister Yadav also virtually inaugurated infrastructural development works in industrial area Mana (Budhni). In the presence of the Chief Minister, a Memorandum of Understanding was also exchanged between Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department and FICCI to promote the country’s immense tourism potential to the country and abroad.

There will be a change in the standard of living of youth, farmers and women

Chief Minister Yadav said that the Regional Industry Conclave is an important step towards changing the standard of living of the youth, farmers and women of the state. In the conclave held today, Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of many industrial units were completed. The entire state was connected to this event held in Narmadapuram, assistance amount was released in the accounts of entrepreneurs for MSME, similarly incentives were also given to industry groups. This is a sign that the state government is determined to promote industrial activities.

PM Modi was invited for Bhoomi Pujan

The Chief Minister said that after 2014, under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country’s scenario has changed positively. An ideal image of the country has been created all over the world for development. Leaving England behind, India is today the 5th largest economy of the world. India is the world’s youngest country and the largest democracy.

The CM said, as a result of PM Modi’s influence, all the countries of the world have faith in India’s systems. Madhya Pradesh is also continuously progressing on the path of progress. In the last 20 years, due to the grace of Narmada Mayya, the agricultural growth rate of the state has been about 25 percent, which is a big achievement. This year, a coordinated plan has been agreed with Rajasthan on the Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal (PKC) scheme, in which approval has been received for a project worth Rs 70 thousand crore. With this, both the states can use water in a coordinated manner. With this, arrangements for irrigation facility and drinking water supply will be made in many districts of Chambal and Malwa.

The CM further said, similarly, former Prime Minister Late. Realising the dream of Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s river linking campaign, the work of Ken-Betwa project is going to start soon. Prime Minister Modi has been invited for the Bhoomi Pujan of the project. This will prove to be a life-changing project for the people of Bundelkhand. This project worth Rs 1 lakh crore will be implemented with Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. This will benefit about 30 districts of Bundelkhand region.
