A cabinet meeting was held under the chairmanship of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. In this meeting, administrative approval of Rs 1320.14 crore was given for Chitrangi Pressurized Micro Irrigation Project of Singrauli. This project will benefit 132 villages of Singrauli Chitrangi Tehsil and 10 villages of Devsar Tehsil. 30 posts have been approved to expand the Cyber Tehsil.
Along with this, the cabinet also approved the provision of adequate staff for the Cyber Tehsil project. For expansion in the entire state, 10 posts of Tehsildar out of 619 posts for the districts of Tehsildar cadre, 15 posts out of 55 posts of Naib Tehsildars reserved for deputation and 03 Assistant Class-3 category employees were also approved to be transferred to the Chief Revenue Commissioner’s Office for Cyber Tehsil along with their posts. Similarly, approval has been given to appoint 02 peons from outsourcing.
Approval of so many posts for Mission Shakti
Under Mission Shakti, the Government of India had issued some revised instructions. Accordingly, the Council of Ministers approved the implementation of the 15th Finance Commission period till 2025-26 in all the districts of the state for women empowerment. It has been asked to create a better environment to provide new facilities to the schemes and programs run for women empowerment. In this, women will be able to understand their full potential and use it.
In each district, two posts of Gender Specialist and one post each of Coordinator, Financial Literacy Expert, Account Assistant, MTS and IT Assistant have been approved. In this way, a total of 364 posts have been approved including all the district hubs of the state. The entire process of these posts has been authorized to the Women and Child Development Department.
Compensation amount of more than 87 lakh rupees approved
To expand the Rewa airstrip as an airport, the previous meeting of the Council of Ministers had decided to allocate the required land and pay the compensation amount. The land of villages Kerar and Papkhara of Satna district was also included in the land acquired for the construction of the airport. Regarding this, the Collector Satna has allocated compensation amount of 87 lakh 50 thousand rupees. This was approved in the meeting of the Council of Ministers today.
The government opened the treasury for construction work
The Council of Ministers also approved the order of the Chief Minister regarding Madhya Pradesh Higher Judicial Service and the notification issued by the department in compliance with it. Along with this, in this meeting, approval has been given for construction work of more than Rs 2135 crore in the rural areas.
The Council of Ministers also gave its consent to the Madhya Pradesh Municipality (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 to substitute the words “three years” in place of “two years” in Section 43-A of the Madhya Pradesh Municipality Act, 1961.
