A tribal youth named Ashish Parte, resident of Banspani village under Betul district of Madhya Pradesh. Who runs a tea-snack shop. He was brutally beaten just on the suspicion that he was extorting money from cattle carts. The miscreant boys were also demanding a week from the victimized tribal youth.

The case started when the attackers suspected Ashish of extorting money from cattle smugglers. After this, pressure was continuously put on the young man. After a few days, an accused who was also a friend of the victim was found. He brought him asking him to visit Betul. Here, he was locked in a house, stripped, hanged upside down from the ceiling and then brutally beaten.
The victim lodged a report in the police station
The victim youth took the opportunity and ran away from there and got himself treated. The incident was not reported because the goons who attacked were scoundrels. When the video of the beating incident went viral on social media, everyone got goosebumps. When the video spread in the village, Ashish Parte told the whole matter to his elder brother Manish Parte. After this, the victim youth and his brother along with the officials of the tribal society reached the police station. A complaint has been lodged with the police demanding strict action against the accused.
Based on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against two named and other accused under sections including assault, kidnapping and atrocity. Police are currently investigating the incident.
The incident happened during election time
Regarding this entire incident of beating, the victim young man Ashish Parte told that carts carrying cows and cattle pass around the village. They feel that he is extorting money from them. He has a tea shop. Manish Parte, elder brother of the victim youth, said that this incident happened during the election time. Since there was a shop on the square, they thought that we were involved in the recovery of cow progeny. Due to this, the brother was kidnapped, stripped and beaten.
The victim revealed the names of the two accused
Betul District Superintendent of Police Siddharth Chaudhary said that a youth was assaulted. A person is seen beating. He has been found. The incident took place on November 15, three months before the elections. Ashish Party, living in Banspani, was identified with Rinkesh Chauhan. Who made Ashish sit on the bike and took him to the house of the accused in Kotwali area. He was beaten there. The accused will be arrested soon. The victim has given the names of two accused Rinkesh and Chand. Along with this, there were some other miscreant youths whose names he could not tell.
