Madhya Pradesh: The public hearing held every ‘Tuesday’ in Madhya Pradesh has been stopped for the time being. This public hearing will be resumed after June 6. The reason for closing the public hearing is the Model Code of Conduct. An official order has also been issued by the Madhya Pradesh government to close the public hearing.
The order has been issued to all the collectors of Madhya Pradesh by Sachindra Rao, Under Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. It has been said in this order that in view of the Lok Sabha elections, the code of conduct is in force in Madhya Pradesh. In such a situation, public hearings in all departments have been stopped.
Due to this the decision was taken
This order will be applicable in all the government departments of Madhya Pradesh including the department heads of all the parts. Issuing an order on Monday (March 18), the public hearing scheduled for Tuesday has been postponed. This public hearing can now start after June 6. Keeping in view the Lok Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh, the code of conduct will remain in force till June 6.
Hearing was held on public applications
The code of conduct will end after the election program is over. Public hearing scheme was started for the common people regarding the functioning of government departments. Under this, public applications were heard every Tuesday by top officials of all departments in Madhya Pradesh.

Through this public hearing, problems of public interest have been solved by top officials. Now the public hearing has been closed in view of the code of conduct. Public hearing in Madhya Pradesh was started by former CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan.
