Anger has spread in the Mochipura area of Unkala area of Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh due to stone pelting on the procession of Ganesh idol in Mochipura area. A crowd of angry Hindu youths has gathered at the Station Road police station. Along with the siege of the police station, the road was blocked. Hindu organizations demand that strict action should be taken against the guilty persons immediately.
The police have registered an FIR against unknown persons in the case. Meanwhile, the workers of the Hindu organization reached the areas of the other side, where they vandalized. The police fired tear gas shells to stop them. The situation was brought under control late at night. Actually, the procession of Ganesh idol was passing through Mochipura area in Unkala area. The idol of Ganesh ji was being taken in a tractor trolley. When the procession of Ganesh idol passed through Mochipura area at around 9:30 pm, stones were pelted on it.
Demand for action against the culprits
It is also being said that some children were injured in this stone pelting. After the Ganesh idol was brought to the installation site in Unkala, a crowd of angry youths reached the Station Road police station. Sloganeering was done at the Station Road police station. The sloganeering youths demanded that strict action be taken against the culprits immediately.
The protesters blocked the road in front of the Station Road police station. The protesters kept shouting slogans while sitting on the road. Meanwhile, many leaders including Hindu Jagran Manch leader Rajesh Kataria, BJP leader Nirmal Kataria also reached the spot. Police officers reached the spot and tried to calm the protesters by talking to them.

As per the demand of the protesters, the police has registered an FIR against unknown persons in the stone pelting case, but the workers of the Hindu organization started demanding the arrest of the accused. A crowd of some workers left the police station towards the Muslim areas. The police also reached to stop the crowd, but before that the crowd vandalized many vehicles. The police fired tear gas shells to disperse the crowd. The SP himself had to come to the spot and take charge. The situation became normal around 2.00 am late night.
