Police arrested a doctor

Initial information suggests that the car driver is a doctor by profession and a native of Saudi Arabia. He was alone in the car at the time of the incident. Officials have stressed that there is no sign of any further danger. According to CNN report, the loss of life and property and the chaos spread in the festive atmosphere of the Christmas market created panic among the local people.
