After getting information about the murder, the police reached the spot. The police have taken the body of the deceased in their custody and sent it for post-mortem through ambulance. The reasons for the murder could not be known. This hair-raising murder incident took place at night. The murder incident has created a stir in the area. People were eating food in the hotel when the incident took place. There was a stampede among the people during the murder.

First shot, then cut with sword
The horrific incident of murder was carried out at Hotel Jagdamba near Indapur on the Pune-Solapur Highway. Police have identified the deceased as Avinash Balu Dhanve. According to the police, Avinash was eating dinner with his friends in the hotel on Saturday night. Three friends were present with him. After ordering food, everyone was sitting and talking among themselves. Meanwhile two people entered the hotel. Both of them fired several shots at Avinash from behind.

There was a stampede in the hotel
Due to rapid firing one after the other, Avinash was killed there. Meanwhile three more people entered inside. One of the accused started attacking Avinash with a sharp weapon. After several blows, Avinash fell from the chair to the ground. After committing the murder, all the accused ran away from the spot. Meanwhile, the murder by the miscreants created a stampede in the hotel. People started running here and there in disbelief.
