Maharashtra Assembly Election: Just a day before the elections in Maharashtra, a cash scandal in a hotel in Virar created a stir. Just before the voting, the politics of Maharashtra has completely come around this cash scandal. A case has been registered against the BJP candidate for distributing money. Apart from this, a case has been registered against BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde for violating the code of conduct.
In fact, Bahujan Vikas Aghadi MLA Kshitij Thakur and his workers created a ruckus by alleging distribution of cash in a hotel in Vasai Virar. BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde was accused of distributing cash. The opposition alleges that Rs 5 crore was being distributed.
On the other hand, BJP and Vinod Tawde’s clarification is that they were present in the hotel with the workers to give information related to the election process. Then the workers of Bahujan Vikas Aghadi started a ruckus in the hotel. Vinod Tawde has also appealed to the Election Commission for a fair investigation in this matter.
The one who made the allegation also held the press conference.
The surprising thing in the midst of all this is that after making the allegation, Bahujan Vikas Aghadi president Hitendra Thakur and his son Kshitij Thakur reached the press conference with Vinod Tawde. Although the Election Commission stopped this press conference, later all three left from there together.
Later Kshitij Thakur held a separate press conference
Later Kshitij Thakur held a press conference and asked why the purses of the women were not checked. A total of 19 lakh rupees were recovered from two rooms. Money distribution was going on there. We had informed the police. What was Vinod Tawde doing in Virar? Why did Vinod Tawde go to Virar secretly?
