Assembly elections in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir are over. Congress’ performance was poor in both states. Meanwhile, people’s eyes are now set on the Maharashtra assembly elections. Meanwhile, NCP Sharad Pawar party leader Jitendra Awhad has given a statement on the meeting of Mahavikas Akhadi. He said that the seat sharing issue in MVM will be resolved only after Dussehra. He said that discussions on seat sharing are going on. Our effort was to finish it before Dussehra, but in between there are visits of some leaders, so the discussion will continue even after Dussehra.
Jitendra Awhad said this on seat sharing
He said that Narendra Modi said yesterday that Congress and its alliance partners are involved in a conspiracy against India with foreign forces, but we are not involved in any conspiracy. Earlier it was said that this is the agent of that. Now we do not know what they want to say about Congress, but we are not the people who support Israel and after half an hour withdraw the support and give it to Palestine. On the other hand, regarding seat sharing in Mahavikas Aghadi, Sanjay Raut said that seat sharing in Maharashtra is almost finalised but we need to learn a lesson from what happened in Haryana. Something happened in Haryana which should not have happened. It will have to be corrected in Maharashtra. We feel that Congress made mistakes in Haryana. Maybe Congress does not think so. I am talking about MVA and Indy alliance. We will have to work accordingly in Maharashtra.
Sanjay Raut said- Government will not be formed without regional party
Sanjay Raut further said that without the support of regional party, no party can rule the country, be it Congress or BJP. Today Modi government is running with the support of regional party. Atal ji’s government was also formed with the support of regional party. Manmohan Singh’s government also needs regional party and will remain so. Giving a statement on the result of Haryana elections, Sanjay Raut said that we have a lot to learn from the results of Haryana elections. The defeat of Congress in Haryana is unfortunate. He further said that the result of Haryana elections will not have any effect on the assembly elections of Maharashtra. Raut further said that no one should consider himself a bigger brother than anyone.
Nana Patole expressed objection to Sanjay Raut’s statement
Meanwhile, Congress leader Nana Patole expressed objection to Sanjay Raut’s statement. He said that this will be discussed in the meeting. He said, “The political background of both Haryana and Maharashtra is different. Maharashtra has the ideology of Shahu, Phule and Ambedkar. We will perform better than the way we performed in the Lok Sabha. I do not know on what basis he wrote and said this. You cannot publicly accuse the alliance in this manner. We have absolutely objection to Sanjay Raut’s statement.
