India and the US will further deepen cooperation in areas such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), critical minerals, advanced telecommunications and defence. The two countries announced transformational initiatives to boost cooperation, promising to break long-standing barriers during talks between National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
