Israel Hezbollah War: A senior Hezbollah commander has been killed in air strikes carried out by Israel in Beirut. The attacks are increasing continuously and both sides are targeting each other. Due to the ongoing tension between Israel and Hezbollah, the Middle East seems to be on the verge of war. Meanwhile, Lebanon has said that only Washington can help end the fighting.
Hezbollah confirmed
Meanwhile, Hezbollah has confirmed the death of its top commander Ibrahim Kobeisi. Kobeisi was killed in an Israeli attack in southern Beirut. Israel had said that Kobeisi was leading Hezbollah’s missile and rocket force. Israel targeted three floors of a six-storey building during the attack. This was Israel’s third attack on Beirut in less than a week.
Rockets were fired at Israel
As the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah intensifies, Kobeisi is the first member of the terrorist organization to be declared dead during the current conflict. Israeli military officials said that Kobeisi was responsible for firing rockets and missiles targeting Israel and he had plotted the 2000 attack in which three Israeli soldiers were kidnapped and killed.
Clear message from PM Netanyahu
Meanwhile, a big warning has been given by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Recently, in a post on the social site ‘X’, Netanyahu clearly said, “Hezbollah is taking you (Lebanon) towards the abyss. Whoever has missiles in the living room and rockets in the garage, his house will not survive.”
