Least number of missing people
According to the data, the number of missing people is the lowest in New Delhi district. 85 people are missing from here. The high security New Delhi area includes areas like Tilak Marg, Chanakyapuri and Sansad Marg. Despite tight security, disappearance of people from this area is a matter of concern and no information has been received so far.
730 cases registered in North East district
730 cases were registered in North East district, which is second in the number of missing people. Apart from this, 717 cases have been registered in South West district, 689 in South East district and 675 in Outer district. According to Jipanet, 644 cases of missing people were registered in Dwarka, 636 in North West district, 577 in East district and 452 in Rohini district. Meanwhile, no trace of 363 people has been found in Central district, while 348, 215 and 201 people are still missing in North, South and Shahdara districts respectively and no information has been received.
1,486 unidentified bodies found
According to the data, this year, between January 1, 2025 and July 23, 2025, 1,486 bodies of unidentified people have been found, most of which were of men. At the same time, the highest number of 352 bodies were found in North District, which could not be identified. These include areas like Kotwali, Sabzi Mandi and Civil Lines.
Similarly, 113 bodies were found in Central District, 93 in North West, 83 in South East, 73-73 in South West and North East, 65 in Outer, 55-55 in East and New Delhi, 54-54 in West and Outer North, 44 in Rohini, 42 in Shahdara, 35 in Dwarka, 26 in South and 23 bodies were found in Railway, which could not be identified.
