A case of brutality against a youth has come to light in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. Here in Karaira, some people made a young man lie on a block of ice and beat him badly. Urinated on his face and later made the young man fall at his feet and join his hands. The incident happened a month ago. The police had also registered a case in this. But now a video related to this case has also surfaced. In which it was shown that they had first held the young man hostage in the car and were beating him severely there too. Now there is a demand that more sections should be increased in the case.
According to the information, farmer Sagar (28), resident of Karaira town, has mentioned in the complaint application that he was standing at the Mungawali intersection of Karaira on January 29. Then Dharmendra Yadav, Akash Yadav, Saurabh Yadav and Brajendra Yadav arrived in a car. Due to an old dispute, these people forcibly made him sit in the car and took him to Akash Yadav’s ice factory in village Karotha.
He was actually assaulted in the car. But after taking him to the factory, everyone treated him even more brutally. She was made to lie on a block of ice and beaten for 4 hours. Not only this, the accused urinated on his face and made him fall on his feet and join his hands. After this, at around 2 o’clock in the night, they took him in the car and drove back to Mungawali Tiraha. When the victim reached Sagar police station, after hearing the entire incident, the police registered a case under ordinary sections and proceeded with the case.
Here Sagar says that I had told the entire incident to TI Karaira Suresh Sharma, but he said, the case we have registered is correct. Later, the video of car kidnapping was made viral on social media by the accused themselves and when that video reached Sagar, Sagar got upset and applied to SP Raghuvansh Singh Bhadauria on March 1 to take concrete action against the accused in the case. Sagar says that the accused also have the video of beating and urinating after making them lie on a block of ice. In this case, TI Suresh Sharma says that according to the incident narrated by the victim, an FIR was registered and two accused were arrested. Now we will take action according to what he is telling.
What did the Superintendent of Police say in the matter?
In this case, Superintendent of Police Raghuvansh Singh Bhadauria says that the victim has applied to us. A video has been given of the person being kidnapped and taken away in a car. There has been no video of him being beaten by making him lie on a block of ice or urinating on his face. We had already registered the case. Now TI has been told to take action according to whatever sections are imposed after taking the statement of the victim.
