Superintendent of Police Siddharth Chaudhary has been removed from the post in the case of beating a tribal youth upside down in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. No new SP has been appointed in his place yet. Siddharth Chaudhary has been transferred to Chhindwara Eighth Fighter Battalion. This action was taken due to the government’s displeasure over the recent beating of tribals. The five MLAs of the district had complained about the SP to the Chief Minister.

According to the order issued by the government late on Wednesday night, Betul Superintendent of Police Siddharth Chaudhary has been transferred. He has been made a fighter of the eighth battalion in Chhindwara. The government took this action after two cases of beating of tribals came to light recently. According to sources, on Wednesday itself, the five MLAs of the district had met the Chief Minister and complained about the lax attitude of the police. On which the Chief Minister had assured immediate action and action was also taken. By late night the SP was transferred from Betul.

These senior police officers were also transferred

According to the order issued by the government, 12 police officers have also been transferred. Chandrashekhar Solanki has been made Inspector General of Police Visbal, Indore Range, Anil Singh Kushwaha has been made Inspector General of Police Jabalpur Zone, Jabalpur. Whereas Arvind Kumar Saxena has been newly posted as Inspector General of Police, Law and Order/Security, Police Headquarters, Bhopal. R.R.S.Parihar has been made Inspector General of Police, PTRI, Police Headquarters, Bhopal.

They got new postings at these places

Meanwhile, Vineet Khanna has been posted as Inspector General of Police, Selection and Recruitment, Police Headquarters, Bhopal. Himani Khanna has been made Inspector General of Police, Women Safety, Police Headquarters, Bhopal. Meanwhile, Mithilesh Shukla has been made Inspector General of Police, Gwalior Range. Anurag Sharma has been newly posted as Inspector General of Police, A.V., Police Headquarters, Bhopal.

SPs of these districts were also changed

Betul Superintendent of Police, Datia SP Pradeep Sharma has been made the new Superintendent of Police of Ujjain district. Ujjain SP Sachin Sharma has been sent as Additional Residential Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh Bhawan, New Delhi. Neemuch SP Amit Tolani has been transferred to the post of Senani, 24th Corps, Visbal, Javra, Ratlam.
