MP RISE 2025: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has announced a major industrial achievement at the MP Regional Industry Skill and Employment (RISE) Conclave-2025 held in Ratlam. During this, he has mentioned the amount of investment and employment to be made in the state.
He said that a total investment proposal of Rs 30,402 crore has been received in the conference, which will provide employment to about 35,000 people in the state. According to PTI, the Chief Minister said on this occasion that Ratlam, which was once known for sev, saris and gold, will now make a mark for skill, scale and startups.
New employment opportunities will open – CM
In the conference, the Chief Minister interacted with new entrepreneurs and met industrialists and discussed about investment. He shared on the social media platform ‘X’ that the participation received in this conference was encouraging and the investment proposals will open new employment opportunities.
The Chief Minister announced that air cargo will be introduced in the state and a big airstrip will be constructed in Ratlam, which will give a new boost to business activities.
Industrial area is being developed in Mandsaur district – CM
On this occasion, the Chief Minister said, “Innovations are taking place in all areas in Madhya Pradesh. A good environment has been created for investment in the state and this industrial development will not stop, but will move forward at a faster pace.” He also added that a new industrial area is being developed in an area of 80.26 hectares at Semri Kankar in Mandsaur district at a cost of Rs 61.26 crore. He stressed that “for the development of the state, we will bring investment from wherever possible.”
At the conference, the state government provided financial assistance of Rs 694 crore to 1,020 industrial units. Along with this, 147 new units were inaugurated and foundation stones were laid with an investment of Rs 1674 crore, which will provide employment to 3,787 people. The major investment proposals include Rs 9,200 crore by SRF in Ratlam, Rs 6,000 crore by Jackson Group in Maksi-Shajapur, Rs 5,000 crore by Oriana Power in Ratlam and Mohasa Babai area and Rs 5,000 crore by Ostwal Group in Jhabua district.
