Muzaffarpur: Brother-in-law and brother-in-law were brutally beaten by the SHO in Panapur Kariyat police station, victims accused the SHO of taking a bribe of Rs 70,000

In Bihar’s Muzaffarpur, brother-in-law and brother-in-law were brutally beaten up in the police station. The brother-in-law had gone to the police station to free his brother-in-law. During this, the police officer had an argument with the victim. The angry police officer beat up the brother-in-law as well as the brother-in-law. The victims have accused the police officer of taking a bribe of 70 thousand rupees. The victim said that the police officer had demanded one lakh rupees, and he has accused him of confiscating the bike if he did not pay 30 thousand.

In Muzaffarpur, the police officer beat up brother-in-law and brother-in-law in the police station. The young man kept begging for mercy but the police officer, intoxicated by the power of his uniform, did not listen to him. The whole body turned blue due to the beating. There are marks of the stick on the whole body. The young man told the police officer that I am a heart patient, do not beat me, but he did not listen to a single word.

Police accused of taking 70 thousand rupees
Panapur Kariyat police station in-charge Rajballav Yadav tied up Roshan Pratap Singh, a resident of Bahilwar Govind of Saraiya police station area and his brother-in-law Aman Kumar in the police station and beat them brutally. The victims have accused the police of releasing them after taking 70 thousand rupees. One lakh was demanded to release both of them, and when 30 thousand was not paid, his bike was seized.

Roshan and his mother have complained about the matter to SSP Sushil Kumar. Roshan Singh has deep wounds on his waist and other places due to the beating. Roshan was treated at Sadar Hospital. In this case, the victim’s mother reached the SSP office and pleaded for justice. She has demanded action against the police station in-charge after investigation.

SP ordered investigation
The City SP has ordered an investigation into the matter. The victim’s mother told City SP Vishwajeet Dayal that 50 thousand rupees were transferred from Roshan’s mobile to the account of the CSP operator. After this, Rs 50,000 was called from the CSP operator to the police station through Roshan’s mother Veena Singh, then Roshan was sent from there and Rs 20,000 was withdrawn from the ATM.
