By-election on Karhal seat is interesting
The by-election on Karhal seat of Mainpuri district of UP is interesting. This seat is considered to be the stronghold of Mulayam Singh Yadav’s family. Tej Pratap Yadav is in the fray from here. He has been an MP from Mainpuri. This seat has fallen vacant after Akhilesh was elected MP from Kannauj Lok Sabha seat. The interesting thing is that BJP has fielded Akhilesh Yadav’s brother-in-law Anuj Yadav against Tej Pratap from here.
