A case of rape of a 15-year-old minor student has come to light in the CR Park police station area of Delhi. The minor student has accused her tuition teacher of rape, and has also made many big revelations.
Victim complained
The minor victim has told in her complaint to the police that this tuition teacher has been teaching her tuition since 2022. According to the student, he has raped her several times since she was in class VIII. The victim alleged that the accused used to beat her, blackmail her and constantly instigate her against her parents.
The victim says that the accused constantly threatened her that if she told this to anyone, he would treat her more brutally. Due to this fear and terror, the minor student did not dare to tell anyone anything, but now she has taken action against this crime and has complained about the matter.
Police took action
The Delhi Police received a complaint in this case on February 26, after which the Delhi Police registered a case under POCSO. The name of the accused teacher is said to be Arunav Pal and the police immediately arrested him.
Crime against a 9-year-old girl
Not only one case came to light on February 26 in Delhi, but a crime against a 9-year-old girl has also come to light. A minor allegedly raped a nine-year-old girl in south-east Delhi. The police gave this information on Tuesday.
According to the police, the incident took place on Saturday when the victim, who studies in class 3, returned home from school and after that went out to play. After this, they told that at around 2:30 in the afternoon, the girl’s mother got the information that her daughter was crying on the road.
Police said that on questioning, the girl said that a minor had raped her. The victim’s grandmother immediately called the police and a PCR call came to the Govindpuri police station. A team visited the spot and investigation has been started in the case. The girl has been taken to AIIMS hospital for medical examination. A team of the crime branch has inspected the spot. Also, the accused minor has been caught and sent to the observation home.
