Pakistan Air Strike in Afghanistan: Pakistan’s army has once again betrayed the Taliban government in power in Afghanistan. Pakistani Air Force fighter jets penetrated deep inside Afghanistan and carried out air strikes on Tuesday (24 December) night. Pakistan has claimed that its planes rained missiles and bombs on Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorist bases at 4 places in Afghanistan.
Pakistani army sources say that 25-30 terrorists were killed in this attack in Afghanistan. At the same time, the Taliban government said that 15 civilians including women and children lost their lives in the air strike of the Pakistan Army. The Taliban Defense Ministry has announced that they will definitely respond to this attack.
Pakistan carried out air strike in this area of Afghanistan
According to the report of Pakistani newspaper Dawn, the Pakistani Air Force has carried out this attack in the eastern Paktika province of Afghanistan. However, it did not formally say how many people were killed in this attack. Pakistani sources said that TTP camps in Murgha and Laman areas in Bernal district of Paktika province have been targeted. It was claimed that these hideouts were being used by TTP commander Sher Zaman, commander Abu Hamza, commander Akhtar Muhammad and TTP’s media organization Umar Media.
Taliban announced, will give a befitting reply to Pakistan
After the air strike by the Pakistani Air Force, the Defense Ministry of Afghanistan has given a sharp reaction to Pakistan. Mullah Yakub, son of Taliban founder Mullah Omar and Afghan Defense Minister, said that a befitting reply will definitely be given to this attack. The ministry said that children and women have lost their lives in the Pakistani attack.
It is noteworthy that Pakistan carried out this attack exactly when it sent its envoy to the Taliban on Tuesday (24 December) and held talks with Taliban Home Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani. Let us tell you that this is the first time talks have taken place between the Taliban and Pakistan after about 1 year. But after Pakistan’s air strike, tension between the two is at its peak.
