Islamabad: Pakistan’s restive Balochistan province has once again been shaken by massive bomb blasts. One person was killed and 14 others were injured in a massive bomb blast in Balochistan province. After the blast, there was screaming and stampede among the people. Many vehicles were also damaged. Pakistan officials gave this information on Saturday. He said the team of Mari Petroleum Company was conducting survey to search for gas in the area in Harnai district when the improvised explosive device (IED) blast occurred.
According to Pakistani officials, due to the IED blast, its intensity was very high. It was fortunate that not many people were affected. Whatever person or vehicle came under its influence, it was destroyed. Harnai Deputy Commissioner Javed Domki confirmed the blast and said that one person died and 14 others were injured in the incident. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack, but Baloch extremists have often targeted government facilities due to the ongoing ethnic conflict in the province. Baloch militants accuse the federal government of exploiting the province’s mineral wealth. Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti condemned the attack and directed officials to provide all necessary medical aid to the injured.
