Another case of cruelty has come to light from Pakistan. In Sahiwal of Punjab province, a Christian girl was attacked by a Muslim boy with a razor just because she rejected his marriage proposal. The girl suffered serious injuries to her hands and ears after the attack.
The girl’s name is said to be Natasha Razak. She is a 9th class student in a government school in Sahiwal. The boy not only attacked the student but also tried to kill her and threatened her with dire consequences. The police have registered a report based on the girl’s statements, although there is no news of the boy’s arrest in this case yet.
Changed school due to fear of boy
Natasha told in her statement that the boy had been following and harassing her for several months. When Natasha’s family members came to know about this, they lodged a complaint at the police post, but instead of taking action, the police settled the matter through a compromise. Even after this the boy did not stop harassing. Natasha further told that due to this she had to change her school also.
The accused had come in a van to kidnap
Describing the attack on her, Natasha said that when she was returning from school, the boy came in a van with some of his friends and asked her to go with him. When Natasha protested, he took out his pistol, threatened her and attacked her with the blade. After the attack, the boy fled from the spot and Natasha was able to return home with the help of the crowd that reached the spot.
