Pakistani pilgrims who had come to Ajmer to attend the 813th Urs of Khwaja Garib Nawaz returned to their homeland on Friday by Shatabdi Express. However, before returning home, Pakistani citizens did a lot of shopping in India. Goods are cheaper in India than in Pakistan, so Pakistani pilgrims bought namkeen, sohan papdi, helmets, pressure cookers, tea, sarees, clothes etc. from Ajmer while returning to their homeland. Suresh Sindhi, the guide of Pakistani pilgrims, said that 90 people bought goods worth 40 to 50 thousand rupees from here.

This time a total of 91 people from Pakistan had reached Ajmer. These included 89 citizens and two officers. On 7 January (6 Rajab), all the pilgrims participated in the special prayer of Chhati Sharif of Khwaja Saheb. Tight security arrangements were made by the police and administration. The pilgrims were taken to the railway station by bus from Kendriya Balika Vidyalaya amid heavy police force. Here they were seated in the train. The pilgrims were not allowed to talk to anyone. The administration brought them amid tight security and sent them off by seating them in the train. Pakistani citizens will return to their country via Delhi and Amritsar. This time the pilgrims had come in very small numbers. According to the rules, a maximum of 500 people can come at a time, but this time this number was not even 100. On this, the officer said that this decision is taken by high level officials and there is no information about the number of people at the district level.
