In UP, judges are appointed in subordinate courts through PCS Judicial exam. UP Public Service Commission has accepted in the court that copies have been changed by wrong coding. Three junior officers have been suspended over this major incident. The next hearing in the High Court is on July 8.
At the same time, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has taken action against five officers and employees in the alleged case of changing the answer sheet of a PCS J candidate. UPPSC Secretary Ashok Kumar says that Section Officer Shiv Shankar, Review Officer Neelam Shukla and Assistant Review Officer Bhagwati Devi have been suspended after being found guilty of negligence in investigating the matter.
