PM Modi visited the home of senior BJP leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani to greet him on his birthday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani on Saturday and wished him on his birthday. The Prime Minister visited Advani’s residence in Delhi and presented him with a bouquet of flowers.

PM Modi described him as a leader with a great vision
PM Modi said in a post on the social media platform X, “Visited Shri Lal Krishna Advani ji’s residence and wished him a happy birthday. His service to the nation is unforgettable and deeply inspires all of us.” Earlier in the day, PM Modi described him as a “statesman with a great vision.”

A life dedicated to strengthening India’s progress
Advani, who played a key role in establishing the BJP as a strong force in national politics, turned 98 on Saturday. PM Modi wrote on the social media platform X, “Heartiest wishes to Lal Krishna Advani ji on his birthday.” Advani ji, a politician with a great vision and sharp intellect, dedicated his life to strengthening India’s progress.

Prime Minister Modi said, “He always embodied a spirit of selfless duty and strong principles. His contributions have left an indelible mark on India’s democratic and cultural landscape. May God grant him good health and a long life.”
