On June 17, Premchand returned home after working as a labourer from Pratapgarh. At that time, Shyama was talking to someone on mobile. When Premchand asked, she did not answer and also hid her mobile. Premchand told this to Shyama’s brother Bhairulal. The next day, Shyama went somewhere from home. Later it was found that she was sitting at Pratapgarh bus stand.

All three beat her badly after drinking alcohol

On this, Premchand reached Pratapgarh with Bhairulal and his brother-in-law Laluram. From there, he brought Shyama on his bike to his house Jambu Kheda. There, all three sat and drank alcohol. During that time, Shyama again went somewhere from home. All three started searching for her but she was not found. On this, all three planned to kill her. When Shyama returned home late at night, all three questioned her. Then they started beating her.

Two accused gagged the woman’s mouth
