My best wishes for the progress of Manipur.’ While wishing the people of Tripura on the State Foundation Day, Modi said that this state is making a significant contribution to national progress. He said, ‘It is also known for its rich culture and heritage. May Tripura touch new heights of development.’

Wishing the people of the state on the foundation day of Meghalaya, the Prime Minister said that this northeastern state is known for its natural beauty and hardworking nature of the people. He said, ‘I pray for the continued development of the state in the times to come.’ Union Home Minister Amit Shah also congratulated the people of these states on Tuesday on the foundation day of Manipur, Meghalaya and Tripura and expressed hope that these states will touch new heights of success while moving on the path of progress. He congratulated the people of all three states by posting on the social media platform ‘X’.
