Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 450-bed Namo Hospital in Silvassa and after doing a 3 km long roadshow from the airport to Limbayat in Surat, said that the government is running on the policy of satisfaction and not appeasement

Silvassa: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first phase of Namo Hospital in Silvassa of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. He reached Surat at 2 pm and from here left for the Union Territory of Silvassa. He inaugurated the 450-bed Namo Hospital here. Along with this, he also laid the foundation stone of the second phase with a capacity of 650 beds. The construction of this 450-bed hospital has cost Rs 460 crore and it is expected to significantly increase health services in the Union Territory. In Silvassa, the PM also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various projects worth Rs 2587 crore.

A government that does satisfaction, not appeasement

PM Modi reached Surat from Silvassa at around 5 pm where he was warmly welcomed. During this, CM Bhupendra Patel was also present. Here he had a road show of about 3 km from the airport to Limbayat. During this, 30 platforms were built at every 100 meters to welcome him. He also gave autographs to many people at the venue. Here he distributed the benefits of the National Food Security Act to the beneficiaries. Apart from this, he also launched the Surat Food Security Saturation Campaign. Addressing the public meeting at Nilgiri Ground in Limbayat, the Prime Minister said that his government has taken the schemes to the doorstep of the people. Now people are getting food grains sitting at home, money is being transferred directly to their account. The PM said that his government is running on the policy of satisfaction, not appeasement.

Will go to Navsari on Women’s Day
