Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Nagpur in Maharashtra today (Sunday), where he will visit the memorial of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) founder Dr. KB Hedgewar and pay tribute to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar at Deekshabhoomi. The Prime Minister’s visit will come at a time when RSS celebrations will be organized in Nagpur on the occasion of Gudi Padwa.
According to the information, the Prime Minister will visit Smriti Mandir and pay tribute to the founding members of RSS. The memorials of Dr. Hedgewar and RSS’s second Sarsanghchalak MS Golwalkar are located at Dr. Hedgewar Smriti Mandir in Reshimbagh area of Nagpur.
What is the Prime Minister’s program?
Actually PM Modi is on a visit to Nagpur today. On the day of Hindu New Year, Gudi Padwa, the Prime Minister and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat will come on one stage in Nagpur. During that time he will perform the Bhoomi Pujan of Madhav Netralaya Hospital. Before this, the PM will also visit the Dr. Hedgewar Smriti Mandir located in Reshimbagh of RSS. He will stay here for 15 minutes. Here, former RSS General Secretary Bhaiya Ji Joshi will welcome him. After that, PM Modi will offer flowers at the Samadhi of Dr. Hedgewar and MS Golwalkar. He will also interact with the workers of the Sangh for some time. According to the information, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will also be present during this time.
PM Modi will reach RSS headquarters for the first time
As a Prime Minister, Narendra Modi will reach the RSS headquarters for the first time. Atal Bihari Vajpayee has also visited the Sangh office while being the Prime Minister. During this, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and the Prime Minister will be together on the same stage, before this, both were present together during the Pran Pratishtha of Ramlal in Ayodhya. Will pay tribute to Dr. Ambedkar
After spending some time at the RSS Smriti Mandir, the Prime Minister’s convoy will leave for Deekshabhoomi. The Prime Minister will also stay at Deekshabhoomi for 15 minutes. Deekshabhoomi is the place where Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar took initiation into Buddhism in 1956. The trust has made all the preparations for this. The trustee said that the Prime Minister has visited Deekshabhoomi before as well.
Foundation stone laying of Madhav Netralaya Centre
From there, the Prime Minister will directly reach the ground breaking ceremony of Madhav Netralaya. The Prime Minister will stay at the ground breaking site for about one and a half hours, and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will also be with him on the stage. The foundation stone laying ceremony of Madhav Netralaya Centre will be done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On this occasion, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, Swami Avdheshanand Giri, Govind Giri Maharaj, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari will also be present. The building of Madhav Netralaya which is being constructed will be 5 lakh square feet in an area of 5.83 acres. This 250-bed eye hospital will have 14 OPDs and 14 modular OTs.
Inauguration of the runway
The Prime Minister will leave for the airport from Madhav Netralaya. After reaching the airport, he will also visit the arsenal facility of Solar Defense and Aerospace Limited by helicopter. Here he will inaugurate the newly built 1,250 meter long and 25 meter wide runway for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It has been said that the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Live Munition and Warhead Test Center established for testing loitering munitions and other guided war materials. He will stay at the Solar Company for about half an hour. After that he will come to the airport by helicopter and around 1:30 PM the Prime Minister will leave for his next program.
