Nagpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi may visit the headquarters of Rashtriya Swayamsevag Sangh (RSS) in Nagpur at the end of this month. Political pundits are keeping an eye on this visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Let us tell you that his Nagpur visit is scheduled on the first day of Hindu New Year i.e. March 30. PM Modi is going to attend the Bhoomi Pujan of RSS-backed initiative Madhav Netralaya in Nagpur on March 30 itself. It is believed that Prime Minister Modi can also visit RSS’s Hedgewar Smriti Bhavan located in Resham Bagh, and he is also expected to reach Deekshabhoomi.
PM Modi and RSS chief Bhagwat will be seen together
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will also be present with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Bhoomi Pujan of Madhav Netra Hospital. Let us tell you that after the Pran Pratishtha of Ram Temple in Ayodhya, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be seen on a stage for the first time. RSS’s Hedgewar Smriti Bhavan is the Samadhi Sthal of Sangh founder Dr. Hedgewar, while Deekshabhoomi is the place where Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar took initiation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit both these places during his Nagpur visit on March 30.
RSS is celebrating its 100th year
Let us tell you that on 27 September 2025, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh will complete its 100th year of establishment. Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar founded it on 27 September 1925 on the day of Vijayadashami. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is a Hindu nationalist, paramilitary volunteer organization which has widely influenced the current politics of India. Many big leaders of the country’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party have started their public life from the Sangh. The Sangh is also the world’s largest voluntary organization and its volunteers number in crores.
