The reason for this is the Pune Municipal Corporation elections. Politicians are adopting a new trick to woo voters. They are offering free chicken to people and asking them to show their Aadhaar card or voter list in return.
5 thousand kilos of chicken distributed for free
A couple living in Dhanori area of Pune organized a program to distribute 5000 kilos of chicken for free to the voters living in their constituency. This couple had also put a condition before giving chicken to the voters. Before taking the chicken, the person had to show his Aadhaar card or election identity card.
A trick to reach voters easily
Why was this unique program organized? This question must be coming to everyone’s mind. Actually, Pune Municipal Corporation elections are going to be held in the coming days, due to which this unique trick was used to reach the voters easily.
7 to 8 stalls were set up to distribute free chicken
In Pune, Ward No. 1 Dhanori, Vishrantwadi, around 7 to 8 stalls were set up at different places where after showing the identity card, each person was given around 1 kg of chicken for free. In this way, around 5000 kg of chicken was distributed for free in this area of Pune. This was organized by Dhananjay Bhau Jadhav Foundation and Pooja Tai Jadhav. During this program which was run for a single day, the highest number of women were seen in long cars to get free chicken.
