Punjab-Haryana High Court lifted the ban on declaring job results on Monday evening. After this, Haryana Staff Selection Commission declared the results of 59 categories at midnight. While releasing the final results of the recruitment of different departments, the roll numbers of the selected candidates have been posted on the official website. According to the information received, the High Court had paved the way for recruitment to 20 thousand posts on Monday evening. The High Court had lifted the ban and given its permission to release the results and proceed with the recruitment.

A division bench of Acting Chief Justice Ritu Bahri and Justice Aman Chaudhary passed the orders while hearing an appeal filed by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC). Admitting a writ petition, the single bench had quashed the merit list and result of the CET examination conducted by Haryana in 2022 and directed the respondents to first verify the documents of all the candidates who have qualified the examination. Their number is in lakhs and then release the merit list for further process.
HSSC had given this assurance to the court
Challenging the said decision, HSSC gave a statement in the court that the candidates who had filed the petition and applied in various categories will be provisionally given the opportunity to appear in the skill test/examination. On this, the court gave a big relief to HSSC by lifting the ban on recruitment.
