Corona infection is spreading more rapidly among the elderly in Rajasthan. Of the 56 new cases reported in the last 24 hours, 10 elderly people above 70 years of age are included. However, last week many newborn children were also infected with corona. 22 infected people in the state have been admitted to the hospital for treatment, while the rest have been kept in home isolation. The health department is also monitoring people living in home isolation.

320 corona cases in Jaipur alone
The highest number of cases in Rajasthan have been reported from the capital Jaipur. More than 60 percent of the cases here are from Jaipur alone. 320 people have been affected by corona in Jaipur. Apart from this, 61 cases have been reported from Udaipur and 31 from Jodhpur. 12 people each from Bikaner and Chittorgarh, 10 from Ajmer and 9 from Didwana have been infected. Four people each have been infected in Alwar, Bhilwara, Dungarpur, Dausa, Jhalawar and Sawai Madhopur.

Corona has reached 34 districts of Rajasthan
Corona infection has spread to 34 out of 41 districts of Rajasthan. Due to humidity and rain in the weather, the infection is expected to spread more rapidly. The central and state governments have already issued advisories regarding corona. People have been advised to wear masks in public places and follow the rules of social distancing.
