In this, he told that two days ago, between 12 and 1 o’clock at night, Sumitra daughter of Goparam Khileri resident of Matoda told me on phone that my parents are not at home today, you come. When she called me repeatedly on phone, I reached Matoda from Jodhpur on a motorcycle, then on the way to Dhaniyo, four people came with iron pipes and beat me, then tied my mouth and took me to a deserted place and beat me there too. Then they beat me more by pouring water on me. I was made to drink urine, then when I fainted, they beat me again. I had 52000 rupees in my pocket, Aadhar card and 2000 rupees in my purse. Then they threw me in the bushes in Kankad of Chadi village. I regained consciousness later. My bike was found vandalized. A small phone and an empty purse were lying with me. I called my brother Ashok and he brought the bike. The one who beat me was Shravan son of Hadmanaram Banguda, Sumitra’s brother Ramratan son of Goparam Khileri. I do not know the other accused by name. After the statement, the police started investigation.
