Rajasthan: Before the implementation of the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections, the Bhajan Lal government of Rajasthan made administrative reshuffle and transferred seven IPS officers. Under this, Superintendents of Police of five districts have been changed. The state personnel department issued an order in this regard late on Wednesday night.

Under this, the District Superintendents of Police of Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Balotra, Karauli and Dholpur have been changed. Balotra Superintendent of Police Abhijeet Singh has been appointed Superintendent of Police (CID) Jaipur. Similarly, Dungarpur Superintendent of Police IPS Shyam Singh has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters), Jaipur. IPS Monica Sen, working on this post, has been sent to the post of Superintendent of Police, Dungarpur.
IPS Laxman Das will be the Superintendent of Police of Pratapgarh.
