Operation Sindoor: Aam Aadmi Party on Thursday (May 15) congratulated the women who displayed their valor and bravery in ‘Operation Sindoor’ and saluted the women power. Women leaders and workers of Aam Aadmi Party gathered to salute the women power who were at the forefront in the Indo-Pakistan war. During this, many women including senior AAP leader and former Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Rakhi Birlan, former Mayor of Delhi Dr. Shelly Oberoi were present. In this, the bravery of the brave daughters of the Indian Army was praised by the women.
Former Deputy Speaker of Delhi Assembly Rakhi Birlan said, “The night of May 6-7 was a moment of pride and glory for every Indian. Operation Sindoor was a historic moment, when hope arose in every countryman regarding Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). We saw the valor, bravery and enthusiasm of the Indian Army. On the borders of the country, the sons and daughters of Mother India were ready to sacrifice their lives to take POK by putting their lives at stake. At that time, 140 crore Indians were dreaming that after 78 years, POK will be ours.”
Rakhi Birlan mentioned Operation Sindoor
Rakhi Birlan further said, ”When the Indian Army was shaking the foundations of Pakistan with its energy, valor and bravery. Their big airbases were being demolished, terrorist hideouts were being targeted and destroyed. Our army was telling Pakistan that the sons of Mother India will neither tolerate terrorism nor spare those who give shelter to it. We destroyed many buildings and airbases of Pakistan. Pakistan carried out drone attacks, dared to attack Indians with fighting players. But that audacity had to face defeat. Not a single fighter jet or drone attack could touch any Indian building or cause any harm to any Indian.”
AAP attacks BJP by raising the issue of POK
In this program of Aam Aadmi Party’s women’s organization, along with saluting Nari Shakti, the issue of POK was also raised. Rakhi Birlan said, ”When the Indian army was continuously moving towards POK and POK had almost become ours, then suddenly the BJP’s central government announced ceasefire. Ceasefire was announced without any agreement, concrete information or announcement. When ceasefire happened with Pakistan, the dream of every Indian was shattered.”

A question was raised on behalf of Aam Aadmi Party’s women’s organization that the Indian government should tell that when Pakistani terrorists destroyed the vermilion of our sisters in Pahalgam in front of their eyes and when they were pleading, did those terrorists stop? Then under what pressure did Modiji declare ceasefire without informing the country, without holding an all-party meeting? Rakhi Birlan said, “Did Modiji get scared under any pressure? Did the person with 56-inch chest have to withdraw our army under any pressure?
Question on US interference!
The AAP leader further alleged, “When Indian soldiers were preparing to hoist the flag after almost winning over PoK, then suddenly America came and said that we threatened to stop trade, so Modiji declared ceasefire. This is a matter of shame. Where every brave son of the country, every brother of the army, every daughter was ready to sacrifice their lives, doubts and questions arise that why did the BJP and Prime Minister Modi suddenly ceasefire, on whose behest, under what pressure, without any agreement, without seeking an apology, at the behest of a third country?”
He also said, ”The Modi government has done the ceasefire without any reason, documents or concrete information, sitting in a closed room with a few people, which is an insult to the country’s army and those martyrs.”
