US President Donald Trump addressed the United Nations General Assembly, attacking India, China, and NATO over the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, accusing these countries of funding the war.
US President Donald Trump, addressing the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, accused India and China of being financiers of Russia’s war in Ukraine. He claimed that continued trade in Russian oil and gas is supporting the ongoing war with Ukraine. Trump named India and China, saying that their imports are funding Moscow’s campaign.
President Trump has tried hard to impose sanctions and block oil and gas trade with Russia, but despite his threats, many countries, including India, have not stopped trading with Russia. Trump subsequently criticized Europe and NATO allies, warning that if Europe does not take stronger measures, the United States will act alone.
Donald Trump announced that the United States is prepared to impose massive tariffs if Russia is not willing to reach a deal to end the war.
