Nepali people who had gone to Russia for work have sought help from India to return to their country. Recently Mohammad Asfan, who had gone to Russia from India to work, had died. After which the Indian Foreign Ministry is making efforts to bring back its citizens. Like India, dozens of citizens of Nepal have also become victims of this fraud and are forced to fight a war against Ukraine.
According to Nepal Ministry, 6 Nepalese fighting on behalf of Russia against Ukraine have died. The Government of Nepal has not yet taken any concrete steps to bring back the citizens of Nepal, due to which the Nepali citizens have appealed to the Indian Government for help due to the casualties.
“India and the Indian Embassy are powerful”
Releasing a video, Nepalese citizens said, “We have been tricked and brought here, we were told to work as helpers in the Russian army. But here we are being sent to war. Nepal Embassy is not helping us, Indian Embassy is very powerful, we hope India will definitely help us.” In the video, Nepali people are also seen saying that there were three Indian citizens with us but they have been evacuated from here.

Like Nepal, many Indians have also been fraudulently recruited into the Russian army. A few days ago, a video went viral on social media, in which 7 Indians told that they were being forced to fight the war against Ukraine.
