Said this about the leadership of the company…
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that if you are leading an institution, then trust has to be done to build a team. He said, “To build a team, you must trust and to trust, you must know people. Any person who leads an organization, if he does not know enough people personally, it will be difficult to trust.”
The Foreign Minister said that it is important to take interest in people. In this era, we need to say this because often we look at the screen and we do not have enough human relations.
